Refund Policy
At Nancy & Ruth, we strive to provide every customer with exceptional service and a pleasant shopping experience. This return and refund policy has been carefully designed to ensure maximum satisfaction under clear and transparent conditions.
Order cancalation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed. Our processing time is 12 hours. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will already be in the shipping process. If you still do not wish to keep the product, you can return it following our return policy.
Return Conditions
Returns can only be initiated after the product has been physically received.
- The return must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
- Once approved, you have an additional 15 days to return the item.
- The return shipment must be sent to its original location: our supplier in China.
- Return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are fully borne by the customer.
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn (trying on is allowed)
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Wearing the item beyond fitting is not permitted.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that returns must be shipped to our overseas facility in China, and that all related costs (including customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees) are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are non-refundable
Final sale items
Items purchased during Final sales promotions (40% discount or higher) cannot be returned. This exclusion will be clearly indicated in the sale offer. Purchases marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or disputes under any circumstances.
Restocking Fee
A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.
This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and reintegration into our stock system.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this restocking fee.

We offer a full return guarantee on all unused products that meet the conditions above.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nancy & Ruth does not reimburse return shipping costs or any related expenses.

Total Return Period
- 15 days to request a return
- 15 additional days to ship the item back
The total return period is 30 days from the date of receipt.
Returns requested or shipped after this period:
- Will not be accepted
- Are not eligible for refunds or disputes

We offer a full guarantee on any product with a manufacturing defect or incorrect size sent.
In these cases, we can offer:
- A replacement item in the correct size/product, or
- 100% store credit equal to the value of your order.
Please contact our support team with clear photos and your order details so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- Email your return request to: Info@nancyruthcharleston.com within 15 days of receiving your item.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns without valid tracking showing delivery cannot be processed or refunded.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 15 days
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method
- Any applicable fees (such as the restocking fee) will be deducted
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows delivery to the provided address.
- Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
